The dubious educational system is among a number of problems that Individuals and groups face on daily basis in Pakistan. Despite huge educational expenditures and budgets allocated by the Governments, the double standards are still there. This has been one of the reasons that the true talent never gets an opportunity to prove them.
While entering the practical life one of the most horrendous discrimination that is made in employment sectors, is that individuals with better command over English language are given priority on those who cannot speak this language in a fluent way. Some times this kind of altitude adopted by Organizations gives an impression that the required merit is not dependent on marks and distinctions but rather a command over this language.
One can not underestimate or denounced the importance of English language but it is absolutely discrimination, if your qualification is ignored and merely a speaking power is given more importance

Difference between private & Govt Education institute
Private schools have become a necessity for contemporary Pakistani society since the government has failed to provide quality education for its population. A majority of parents, even those from lower income brackets, send their children to private schools so they can receive an education that will enable them to be competitive.
Also, most Pakistanis want their children to learn English. Private schools offer all instruction in English while government schools offer instruction in either Urdu or the local provincial language. The condition of government schools all over the country and the quality of education being imparted there are going from bad to worse, day by day.
Thousands of government schools are "spirit schools," existing on paper only. The buildings, mostly in rural areas, that were meant to house these schools are either dilapidated due to negligence or have been converted into oats (drawing rooms) for the local waders (land owners).
Thousands of "ghost" teachers have been drawing salaries from the education departments of the four provinces. They do not do any actual teaching since there are no functioning schools. They simply show up to collect their salaries on the appointed day.

63 years of Pakistan the system of education is bad or imrove with passage of time
Basic purpose of creating this blog is to share personal thoughts of education system of Pakistan.With the passage of 63 years of Pakistan the system of education is bad.There is a huge difference between the education of rich people and poor people.Rich people get education from the big institutions and get jobs as well on the other scale the education of poor people stop on matric and they have no job opportunities.
Moreover the policies of education is not good the teacher have also don't know the basic purpose of the study they teach just for to get the degree.They have no basic understanding that what they are teaching.More then 90% institute use only (RITALIZATION) no conceptual education is present.We adopt the foreign education system we study their books and just want to get the A grad but unfortunately we have no basic understanding.In Pakistan's universities foreign education system is implementing and we only study to pass the exam and don't implement on the practical life.
It is a universal reality that without education man is nothing. Government has done a tremendous job to increase the literacy rate. I would like to suggest that there is a lot of improvement needed in this regard and for this Government as well as citizens should come forward, individually as well as collectively, to educate more and more people for a Bette and prosper PAKISTAN.
